IV. Supplemental materials

• Decided that splash page was the way to go (as opposed to just web bookmarks) for participants’ computers:
- will include project news
- help page
- city resources and other info from the next section
• Still need to develop the following handouts/ packets to include:
- community training resources
- printing resources
- vouchers for classes
- troubleshooting guides
- tech support (call center) information
• Discussed training videos that could be shot at CCTV and made available on YouTube and/or CCTV website

Action Items:

• Committee: will (1) finish curriculum and (2) develop supplemental materials
• Next meeting: Friday, 1/25 @ 2pm will review and finalize curriculum
