Journalist
I am a 35 year old Spanish-Basque journalist living in the Cambridge area. Until recently, I worked in situ in the newsroom of several newspapers in Spain, Ecuador and Argentina. I now work independently with a handful of Spanish language magazines and newspapers from both sides of the Atlantic. I publish a weekly column as a correspondent in the Sunday edition of the Ecuatorian newspaper "El Telegráfo". In addition, I write for the online newspaper Soitu.es and am a member of the Online News Association (ONA). I believe Journalism doesn't need more justification than the simple pleasure of going out to find things and upon returning from this almost always unpredictable trip, the enjoyment of being able to tell others about it.
