This website is intended for our electronic community network, communicate, and share ideas with each other about the programs and resources at our organization. By registering and participating here you are agreeing to the following terms.

1. Our public access channels, Cambridge Channels 9, 10, and 22, are public forums where constitutional free speech is protected by law, and championed by our organization. However, our website is not considered and protected by those same laws.  We grant you permission to participate on this site as long as you understand and agree to abide by these rules.

2. CCTV will not be held responsible for any material posted on this website by users or third party individuals or organizations. CCTV monitors this site closely and reserves the right to moderate and/or delete content and user accounts without notice because of (but not limited to) the following reasons:

Material contains excessive abuse of language.
Contains excessive personal attacks.
Contains racist, sexist, or otherwise hateful messages.
Contains commercial solicitations.
Floods the boards with meaningless messages.
Spam.

Content and/or user accounts may be moderated or deleted at our sole descretion.


3. This site includes features designed for users to send email to other users.  Emailing is subject to the same rules as listed above in number 2.

4. The Admin will move and possibly delete messages that appear to be posted in the inappropriate locations. Please post your content in the appropriate category.

5. Impersonating or misrepresenting yourself as other individuals in any form will not be tolerated. User ID and profile information must not reflect the identity of another individual. Do not attempt to register more than one account, users with two accounts may have both deleted without notice. Also, be reminded that valid email accounts are required for registration on this message board.

6. Users violating any of these rules may have their user acount deleted without notice, and email address banned from re-registering with this board. Your IP address is logged with each of your posts, and you may also be reported to your ISP for further actions.

7. CCTV will protect our users' private information, such as email addresses, passwords, etc, and will never provide user information to any individual or third party. CCTV does reserve the right to contact you with information about our programs, events and other organizational announcements.
