Cambridge Community Television is a dynamic and responsive community organization frequently creating and adapting initiatives within our city. Here is an overview of the community and media based programs operated and supported in Cambridge and beyond.
NeighborMedia is the code name for our team of local residents and journalists who are embedded in their Cambridge neighborhoods to produce media around issues that affect their immediate communities. Publishing works through the NeighborMedia website and CCTV's channels, journalists participate in a structured training and production experience lasting many months at a time. CCTV's Youth Media Program is designed to teach Cambridge teens media making and career readiness skills, as they work as media artists. The program is comprised of two components: the Summer Media Institute and the School Year Production Program. Check out videos produced by CCTV youth members on the right side of the page.
