Hi! My name is Ines and I am going to be at CCTV doing professional training for a few months. I come from San Sebastian, a little and very beautiful city in the North of Spain, you should visit it!! you can maybe start visiting this website www.donostia.org, but think about it!!!
I have already finished my career degree in Spain, I have studied Audiovisual Communication in Pamplona, a famous little city in Spain because of its San Fermin festivities. During my studies I have been making some training in different Spanish media: I have worked as a producer in a big television called Antena3, I have also be working as a reporter in a radio station called Onda Cero and I worked as a producer in The Cinema Festival of San Sebastian.
During my Internship I would like to learn as most as it can be possible about television work and contribute to CCTV's programs, but I also would like to improve my English, so...any help is welcome.

Some news about my Intership

Hi!

I have not written in my blog for long time ago, and i have some news to tell you.

Since now, i am going to help Renato with the promos. We have already think how and what are we want to shoot and the first two promos will shoot next Friday. I like working on this because is a project from the beginning and it includes some production work, and that it's what really like doing. So i am happy doing that.

I am taking the Music Video class. We have already have the first shooting and it was really excited. I think that it is a very great class, however, it is quite difficult to make a music video...i have never done any before and i think that it is quite hard, but it is good for me, it is a way for leaning more.

I have also done other things but they were not as excited that these ones.

Well i have already finished my second Radio Show, actually it is finished and my English teacher is trying to look at it and trying to my English make sense..so will see.

Doing new things at CCTV

After two months at CCTV I can say that was a really good decision to come to Cmabridge to improve my English and to practicing in media!!

Recently i have been working on different projects. I have been helping some people with their studio programs being the audio assistant, i have been helping some other people with theirs shoots outside the station being camera operator, i have recorded my first radio show and i am actually working on an edit project.

As you can see i don't stop doing things, so i am happy, because this is the best way of improve my skills!!

My first radio show was in Spanish, it wasn't so good because i couldn't be able to do what i really wanted to do. but i am sure that the second one is going to be better. I will try to do that in English, so i will have to work so much on my pronunciation which is the most difficult thing of English language. But i will try it!!!

I have also been working as a camera operator on the PSA's days. I had fun, the second day i was really tired what i had a good time helping with this project. read more...

More than a month in Cambridge

Hello:

This is my fifth week in Boston, times go fast!!!! Well at this time i feel more comfortable at CCTV, i also do more things and now i am sure that it has been a good decision to come here. My English doesn't improve so fast, but well, i am taking conversation classes twice a week so i hope to improve my English as soon as it would possible.

Now i am thinking about doing a radio show about Spanish music. I have been working on it but in Spanish, but i am thinking trying to do it in English, that's could be a big goal for me so...i don't know, maybe the first radio show is in Spanish and the second one in English...I'll see!!!!

I am also thinking about doing a short documentary about my city in Spain, i miss it a little bit, so it can be a good medicine to animate myself a little bit.

Well i will write sooner than this time the next entry on my blog, to tell you how are my programs doing.

Bye.

Getting some experience in CCTV

After two weeks in CCTV I am sure that I am going to learn a lot about media productions!!!!!
During these two weeks I have been taking different classes: Beginning Final Cut Pro, Zip Docs and Studio Production. The hardest one is the edit class, just because of the all technical words that are used in it. I am sure that I know many of that words but just in Spanish and not English, but, however, I think that it is a very useful class and that's why i am thinking about taking the Advanced Final Cut Pro course in a future!!!!
The Zip Docs class is great, mostly the practical exercise. During this week I have been shouting with my partners a short documentary about Dance Complex. It is not finished yet, but i am sure that it could look good after editing. Will see... read more...
