CCTV is governed by a 13-person Board of Directors. Directors serve for a term of 2 years.

The Members Advisory Committee serves as liason between the members of CCTV and the staff and Board of Directors. Each year, two people are elected to serve on each of five Board committees; these ten people constitute the Members Advisory Committee.
